Linux Mint 8 KDE CE RC1 Due Any Day

As many readers know, we have been patiently awaiting the release of Linux Mint 8 KDE for some time now. Boo, Mint KDE's chief architect, has been alluding over on the KDE Forums that the Release Candidate should be rolling along any day now.

Based on Kubuntu 9.10 and Linux Mint 8, Linux Mint 8 KDE aims to bring together the KDE Software Compilation, including the KDE Plasma Desktop, with the full Linux Mint experience.
